Before making a booking with KLR Aesthetics LTD, it is the patients responsibility to ensure these terms and conditions are read and fully understood. If we can help to clarify anything within these terms and conditions, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Once you have made your booking with KLR Aesthetics LTD you have agreed to KLR Aesthetics LTD terms and conditions and entered into a specific date contract. Your booking is also deemed as started on receipt of confirmation email. You accept that the booking fee is taken to secure your appointment and our administration process has already started to set up your booking. The terms and conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between the patient and KLR Aesthetics LTD and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.
1. Patient Data
1.1 In accordance with relevant legislation, you accept that all patient’s medical records will be kept for 10 years.
1.2 You accept that your personal details will be stored securely by KLR Aesthetics LTD.
1.3 In line with current legislation, you may view or request a copy of your medical records at any time following a request in writing. Our GPDR information request process must be followed in order to obtain any information from KLR aesthetics LTD.
2. Reschedule, Refund & Cancellation Policy
2.1 You accept that you, the patient, is responsible for rescheduling any appointments at least 72 hours before the appointment date and time. This can be completed by finding your booking confirmation email and pressing ‘manage this reservation’. Once the appointment is within 72 hours, appointments can no longer be rescheduled under any circumstances.
2.2 Booking fees are only transferrable if rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your appointment by following the above process.
2.3 All booking fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.4 Once an appointment has been cancelled via our system, the booking fee for that appointment is non transferable.
2.5 You accept that any requests by the cardholder to the bank for a refund of fees will result in an automatic denial of the claim.
2.6 You accept that if you have failed to attend an appointment without notifying us prior to the appointment, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings with KLR Aesthetics LTD.
2.7 In the event a clinic is rearranged or cancelled by KLR Aesthetics LTD, KLR Aesthetics LTD will not reimburse expenses that may of incurred due to this.
3. Patient Responsibilities
3.1 You accept that the minimum age for all consultations and procedures is 18 and you confirm to be aged 18 or above. If you are unable to provide identification, we will refuse treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
3.2 You accept that patients are responsible for reading and understanding all consent forms, terms and conditions and relevant procedure information as well as being compliant with aftercare as advised. Patients must be fluent in written and spoken English
3.3 We will be professional and courteous towards you and expect the same in return. You accept that any abuse directed at staff members either in person or digitally will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
3.4 You accept that KLR Aesthetics LTD has the right to refuse medical treatment for any reason.
3.5 You accept that if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee. Patients are responsible for planning the journey to our clinic taking into consideration traffic, acts of nature and other impacts which may cause delay. Once 5 minute has passed, we will not have enough time to safely complete the treatment therefore the appointment will be missed.
3.6 You accept that we do not allow those under 18 years of age into our clinic due to safety and security reasons. If you do attend your appointment with children, we will cancel your appointment and you will lose your booking fee.
3.7 You accept that we only allow the patient into our clinic, we do not allow any children, friends or family into our premises for safety and security reasons.
3.8 We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We also can not transfer booking fees to another individual.
3.9 You accept that we cannot complete a treatment if you have complications from any previous treatments such as lumps, filler migration or over filling. Any complications such as these will need managing and correcting before we can complete the treatment. If you arrive at our clinic and we are unable to complete the treatment due to this, you accept that the booking fee is non transferable or refundable. If you have had treatment with a different clinic and are unsure, please message us or book a filler consultation before booking any treatments.
3.10 You accept that treatment results are not guaranteed for any service or treatment. Each patient is completely different, therefore will see a different result no matter what product, volume or service is used.

The terms and conditions set out herein are a complete statement of the agreement between the course applicant and KLR Aesthetics LTD and supersede all discussions, correspondence and representations made prior to the date of booking.
1. Delegate Data
1.1 In accordance with relevant legislation, you accept that all delegate records will be kept for 10 years.
1.2 You accept that your personal details will be stored securely by KLR Aesthetics LTD.
1.3 In line with current legislation you may view or request a copy of your records at any time following a request in writing.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 To secure a place on our training course, we require a £300.00 booking fee. This booking fee will then be deducted off your total course cost.
2.2 All booking fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Booking fees are only transferrable if rescheduled at least 4 weeks prior to the booked course date and time. We must be notified via hello@klraesthetics.co.uk at least 4 weeks prior to the course to reschedule this to a future course date. After this time, the booking fee will be non transferrable.
2.3 You accept that you are responsible for rescheduling any booked course at least 4 weeks before the course date and time as above.
2.4 You accept that if you have failed to attend a course, your full course payment will be non transferable or refundable. This means the total course cost will be lost.
2.5 You accept that any requests by the cardholder to the bank for a refund of fees will result in an automatic denial of the claim.
2.6 In the event a course is rearranged or cancelled by KLR Aesthetics LTD, KLR Aesthetics LTD will not reimburse expenses that may of incurred due to this.
2.7 KLR Aesthetics LTD reserves the right to decline applications.
2.8 Insurance: you may choose to independently arrange insurance to provide protection against possible cancellation. We do not provide any cancellation insurance. We cannot recommend an insurance provider nor can we accept any liability for any insurance policy you choose to buy.
3. Delegate Responsibilities
3.1 You accept that our training courses are only for registered medical professionals with current registration with your professional body which carries an active pin number (i.e. GMC/GDC/NMC etc).
3.2 All delegates must be fluent in written and spoken English.
3.3 It is the delegate’s responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. KLR Aesthetics LTD will provide advice but will accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual expectations.
3.4 You accept that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your course, your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your total course payment.
3.5 We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We also can not transfer booking fees to another individual.
3.6 Any pre course reading documents or hand outs received are the responsibility of the delegate. If these documents including any certificates issued are lost, there will be a charge to have these replaced. If you require a replacement certificate, this will incur a charge of £40.00. If you lose any manual there will be a fee of £50.00 to replace. Any supporting documents lost there will be a fee of £15.00 to replace.
3.7 All delegates are covered by our insurance policy whilst training with us.
3.8 On successful completion of the course, delegates will be required to obtain their own insurance against malpractice. Details of insurance companies will be provided within our training manual.
3.9 Delegates will only be certified once KLR Aesthetics LTD have assessed that they can deliver the aesthetic treatment safely. If a delegate does not meet the standards for certification, a further training session will be arranged at an additional cost.
3.10 We rely on both academic and industry sources to confirm the accuracy of the information presented and therefore we as the publisher and our editors and presenters cannot guarantee its accuracy. Delegates should be aware that professionals in the field may have different opinions. Because of this fact and also because of regular advances in medical research, we strongly recommend that readers independently verify facts. Ultimately it is your responsibility to make your own professional judgement. Description or reference to a product or publication by us does not imply endorsement of that product or publication, unless it is owned by us and in which case is subject to the relevant disclaimers.
3.11 To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLR Aesthetics LTD and its colleagues are not responsible for any losses, injury or damage caused to any person or property (including under contract, by negligence, product liability or otherwise) whether they be direct or indirect, special, incidental or consequential, resulting from the application of the information given during training or from the application of the information on our website or in our other materials.
3.12 No course material, presentation slides or manuals may be re-used, given out or sold without prior permission from KLR Aesthetics LTD.
